Under Customize, scroll down to 'Transfer favorite and other information' and select ' Import or export'.

Use this file to import your bookmarks into another browser. Save this HTML file on your desktop as Bookmarks-(today's date).

At the top right hand corner, click More Export Bookmarks.Д¬hrome exports your bookmarks as an HTML file.
